Our Programs

Pathways from talent to a livelihood

Credibility of our model

We deliver transformation through five connected stages, from first training day to a thriving, independent livelihood.

  1. 01

Training Period (3 to 6 months)

Intensive vocational programs designed to cultivate technical proficiency, workplace professional standards, and essential soft and digital skills. This broad skill set ensures graduates have diverse income opportunities.

  2. 02

    Assessment and Certification

Trainees undergo rigorous testing against industry-recognised standards (NITA and ICM accredited) and earn official certification on completion, validating their skills for prospective employers and clients.

  3. 03

    Career Transition

A robust support system focuses on three pathways: internship, apprenticeship and direct employment through our employer network, plus business development and financial literacy for those pursuing self-employment.

  4. 04

    Mentorship and Alumni Support

Through our alumni network, graduates receive ongoing mentorship, current industry insight and community support that sustains workforce participation and career advancement.

  5. 05

    Entrepreneurial Enablement

Graduates pursuing entrepreneurship receive starter kits, tools and focused support to overcome barriers to entry, converting their skills into marketable services, clients and consistent revenue.
